1. Spill the Beans

a) "Spill the Beans" (“We”) is the trading name of Spill the Beans Wimborne Limited.

b) The material in the website is copyright to Spill the Beans or our content and technology providers. You are welcome to view, print and download the contents of the website for personal use, but not for any commercial purposes or re-publication.

3. Website information

a) We’ve done our best to make sure the content of our website is accurate. But we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information.

b) We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the website or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.


4. Description of Products

a) Our description and specification of products in the website is only approximate, and shouldn’t be relied upon.

b) We can correct any errors on our website, or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. We can change the price and availability of products without notice.


5. Ordering Products

a) You may order products from the website by submitting a completed order form through the check out procedure.

b) You may also order products using our Call and Collect service on 01202 888989 (minimum spend £50).

c) Whether you order online or via our Call and Collect service, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.


6. The Price and Payment

a) The price of the products will be the price quoted in the website at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.

b) In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges, which we’ll confirm before we accept your order. Delivery charges are based on the method of delivery, and the delivery address you specify in your order.

c) You must pay by credit card or debit card via PayPal when you place your order online or via Call and Collect.  We’ll usually make any refund due as a credit to your credit or debit card via PayPal.

d) We do our best to ensure the quality of content on this site, but there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. If this happens we will contact you to ask if you’d like to cancel the order. If we can’t get hold of you we’ll cancel the order and let you know via email. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.


7. Delivery of Products

a) We will arrange for delivery of the products in line with your order request. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. Most orders should arrive between 3-5 days. Please note that we will only post orders within the UK. If you ask us to post your order ouside of the UK, we will cancel it, and refund any payment we've received in full.

b) If you’re not in when your order is delivered, or if the delivery information you provide is incorrect or insufficient, we may cancel your order and retain the products. If this happens, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

c) As a retail business we're always receiving parcels. We'll reuse clean, undamaged packaging when we ship you're order, if we can, to help keep the cost of postage down, and to help us limit our impact on the environment.

d) If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.


8. Cancelling Orders

a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.

b) If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service, and may require Proof of Postage.

c) You cannot cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. Of course, this won’t affect your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products.

d) We reserve the right to cancel your order (see section 7d of these terms and conditions for details). If we do, we'll refund any payment we've received for it in full (see section 6c of these terms and conditions for details). 


9. General

a) The products advertised in the website are intended for consumers only – they are not for re-sale.

b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.

c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
